Kamala Harris 49th first black woman Vice President of the United States. First woman of color to serve as Vice President Candidate running for President,she is for the people. 52 years ago Shirley Chisolm was the first black woman to run for president and eight years ago Hilary Rodman Clinton ran for president. Vice President Kamala Harris will break barriers as the first woman president let vote and make this happen.
