DRAGONFRUIT VODKA TONIC

Dragonfruit Vodka Tonic We brought the fixings for these to finish off a long Friday at the studio. The dragonfruit steeped all day in the vodka, resulting in that wow super fruit color and flavor. 1 oz dried dragonfruit 2 cups vodka For each drink: Plenty of ice cubes 2 ounces dragonfruit vodka 2 ounces tonic water 2-4 ounces sparkling water (or plain/grape kombucha!) lemon slices Combine the dragonfruit and vodka in a jar and allow to infuse for a couple of hours, or overnight if you have the time. When you're ready to mix drinks, strain the vodka to remove the slices and any solids. Combine 2 ounces dragonfruit vodka, 2 ounces tonic water, and 2 ounces sparkling water (or kombucha) in a cocktail shaker or mason jar with lots of ice - you can double or triple the amount depending on how many drinks you'd like. Shake well, taste and add more sparkling water if you like, then pour into ice cube filled glasses, each with a thin slice of lemon. Refrigerate remaining vodka.
