The Foreign Exchange is an R&B/electronica/hip hop duo consisting of the American rapper/singer Phonte Coleman and the Dutch record producer Nicolay. I REALLY AM FEELING THIS GROUP WHILE NOT A HOUSEHOLD NAME THEY HAVE 3 ALBUMS WITH SOME REALLY GOOD MUSIC.
